Most of my life I’ve felt like I have to scream to overpower other people or to get any attention. People are used to me being big and dominant. Growing older I am becoming fonder with a softer side of myself. With this project I am teaching myself it is ok to be soft, vulnerable and “girly” while still being a powerful woman with an opinion.
I attain this by depicting flowers, sensual and soft images that accentuate femininity. Still images alternate with moving images to invite my public to feel the softness.
